First, download the **ZNZNOW** app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Create an account using your email address or mobile number to get started.

Once logged in, you’ll see our array of services displayed on the home screen: **TourNow**, **EatNow**, **RideNow**, **SendNow**. Select the service that suits your needs.

After making your selections, proceed to checkout. You can pay using various methods including credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or opt for cash on delivery.

After payment, track your order or service in real-time through the app. Notifications will keep you updated on the progress.

Once your service is completed, please rate your experience and provide feedback. This helps us improve and ensures the highest quality service.

• **EatNow (Food Delivery/Groceries):** You can order from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily, depending on the operating hours of individual restaurants/shops.

• **SendNow (Parcel Delivery):** Parcel delivery operates from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on weekdays.

• **TourNow (Tour Booking):** Tours can be booked from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily, subject to availability.

• **RideNow (Transport Services):** Our transport services are available 24/7, ensuring you can get a ride whenever you need one.

Please note that availability may vary on holidays and special events. We recommend checking the app for real-time updates and to confirm service availability.

After the person you invited downloads and registers with **ZNZNOW**, you'll receive a reward in your **ZNZNOW** wallet. Additionally, you may also receive a commission when the invited person makes their first purchase.

Yes! As an existing **ZNZNOW** user, you can participate in the referral program by sharing your invite link with friends, family, or colleagues. You will receive a reward once they register and potentially earn a commission on their first purchase.
